Empowering Mindsets. Building Leaders.

Help Shape the Next Generation of Leaders
Learn Different Ways to Get Involved
Our mission is to transform the trajectory of today’s youth by instilling a powerful mindset, practical financial literacy, and a commitment to community leadership.
We envision a generation of young leaders who believe in their worth, take ownership of
their future, manage money with confidence, and lead their communities with integrity,

Powerful Mindset
We believe mindset determines outcomes. We teach students to take ownership of their actions, choices, and results—approaching challenges with confidence, resilience, and a “can-do” attitude, even in the face of adversity.
We choose growth over ease, discipline over distraction, and long-term impact over short-term comfort. We believe meaningful growth requires sacrifice, consistency, and intentional effort.

Financial Responsibility
We believe financial literacy is essential to independence and long-term success. We teach respect for money through budgeting, credit awareness, saving, investing, and honoring financial obligations.

Community Leadership
Leadership is action, not a title. We develop leaders by placing students in real roles, serving real needs, and holding them accountable for real results. We believe strong communities are built by engaged leaders. Every participant identifies real needs, develops solutions, and leaves their community better than they found it.

An Alevate Youth Leadership Board Member serves as a strategic leader, steward, and advocate for our mission.
Board members help guide the organization’s long-term direction, protect its purpose and values, and ensure we operate with integrity, accountability, and impact. This includes participating in monthly board meetings, offering professional insight, and supporting decisions that strengthen our programs, partnerships, and sustainability.

- Provide strategic guidance and oversight
- Contribute their experience, perspective, and network
- Uphold strong governance and fiduciary responsibility
- Support fundraising and community relationships
- Model accountability, leadership, and service
Board service at Alevate Youth Leadership is not ceremonial. It’s an opportunity to invest time, talent, and influence into developing the next generation of confident, capable leaders—while helping ensure the organization stays focused, disciplined, and mission-aligned.
